Joaquin Claudio is a real estate professional serving I serve clients in Florida and Louisiana, with a strong focus on Central Florida, including Orlando and surrounding communities. Joaquin began my real estate career around 2002, building on a strong background in music, broadcasting, and communications in Central Florida. In the 1980s, I performed alongside my father as part of the duo **Los Claudio**, an experience that helped shape my ability to connect with people and communicate with diverse audiences. In 1990, I expanded into radio production with **El Show de los Claudio**, and in 1994 I began weekend broadcasting on **1440 AM**, where I remained active through 2006. My work in media continued in 2012, when I became a director and creative team member of **BuenaVidaRadio.com**. That background in broadcasting and communications has remained an important part of my professional identity and continues to influence the way I serve real estate clients today—with clear communication, personal connection, and a strong understanding of the communities I serve. What drives me is helping people make better decisions about one of the most important financial and personal investments of their lives. I enjoy helping clients understand what is possible, develop a realistic strategy, and move from uncertainty to a clear plan. For me, real estate is about people, families, opportunities, and long-term goals—not simply transactions. I also bring more than 24 years of real estate experience and am bilingual in English and Spanish. My connection to Central Florida goes back decades through music, broadcasting, business, and real estate. I have had the opportunity to communicate with and serve the community through radio and now through real estate and mortgage services. I appreciate the diversity of Central Florida and the opportunity to work with families from Puerto Rico, Latin America, other parts of the United States, and many different backgrounds. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and music and broadcasting have been an important part of my life for decades.
