Our commitment

PREN Elite — Florida wants everyone to be able to search for homes, read property information and contact us through this website, including people who use assistive technology. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as our reference when we build and improve the website. We have not had the website independently audited, and we do not claim that every page fully meets those guidelines.

What we have done

- Form fields have visible labels, and required fields are marked so browsers and screen readers announce them. - Confirmation and error messages after you send a form are announced to screen readers. - Menus, the saved-homes link and the photo gallery controls have text names for screen readers, and show a visible outline when you move to them with the keyboard. - The site menu on small screens is a standard control that works with the keyboard. - Buttons and form controls are sized to be easy to tap. - When your device is set to reduce motion, the website turns off decorative animation. - Photo galleries announce when a photo is not available.

Known limitations

- Listing descriptions and photographs come from other brokerages through Stellar MLS. Most listing photographs do not come with descriptions of what they show. - The interactive map on the property search page is supplied by an outside mapping provider and may be difficult to use with some assistive technology. The search results are also shown as a list. - Documents and websites from other organizations that we link to are outside our control.
