Who we are

This website is operated for PREN Elite — Florida, a Florida real estate brokerage. The brokerage is the sole proprietorship of Joaquin Claudio, Florida real estate broker, license BK3034361, doing business as PREN Elite. Office: 1201 Water Hickory Court, Orlando, FL 32825. PREN Elite is independently owned and operated. PREN Real Estate provides the technology platform this website runs on, as a service provider to the brokerage, and is not the brokerage for PREN Elite transactions.

This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the inquiries you send through it.

Information you give us

The website has three kinds of form.

The property valuation form asks for the property address, your name and your email address, and optionally your phone number and a message. Before it can be sent, you must tick a box agreeing that PREN Elite — Florida may contact you about the request.

The inquiry form on a property page in our home search asks for your name and an email address or a phone number, and optionally a message. It includes an optional box you can tick to agree to be contacted about your inquiry.

Pages for homes listed by PREN Elite — Florida have a form for requesting a showing, asking a question, or asking for email updates about that home ("Get alerts"). It asks for your name and an email address or a phone number, and optionally a message. It has no consent box. Sending it creates a record of you in the brokerage's customer-relationship system so the brokerage can respond.

When you send a form, we store what you entered, the date and time, and which form and property it came from. On forms with a consent box, we also keep a record of your consent.

Information collected when you browse

You can search listings and view property pages without giving us your name or contact details.

On pages for homes listed by PREN Elite — Florida, the website counts each view of the page, and counts each form sent there by its type (showing, question or updates). These counts do not include your name, contact details, IP address or any other identifier.

Saved homes and saved searches are kept only in your own browser's storage on your device. They are not sent to us and are not linked to you. Clearing your browser data removes them.

The public pages of this website do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics services. Cookies are set only when brokerage staff sign in through the agent login.

To protect the forms from spam, the website counts how many forms are sent from the same internet connection in a short period. For that count it keeps a one-way coded (hashed) value derived from your IP address, not the IP address itself. Your inquiry record does not include your IP address.

Our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and protect the service. Some page features load from outside providers, which receive your IP address and browser information when they do: web fonts come from a web-font provider, and the interactive map on the property search page comes from a mapping provider. Listing photographs may be loaded from the servers of our storage and listing-data providers.

Some links in our marketing, such as a QR code on a sign, pass through a short link that counts the visit. That count does not record your IP address, your browser details or any cookie. If you arrive on a property page through such a link and then send that page's form, the visit is linked to your inquiry record, so the brokerage can see which piece of marketing you responded to.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to: - reply to your inquiry or valuation request and connect you with a licensed real estate professional; - keep a record of your inquiry and of what you agreed to; - block spam and misuse of the website; and - meet our legal and licensing record-keeping obligations.

Sending a form does not add you to an automated marketing email or text program.

Who can see your information

Inquiries go into the brokerage's customer-relationship system on the PREN Real Estate platform. Each inquiry is routed to the brokerage's designated broker, and authorized PREN Elite — Florida staff and agents can see the inquiries assigned to them. Other brokerages that use the same platform cannot see them.

Service providers process information for us so that the website and our systems can run: cloud hosting, a managed database, email delivery, mapping, web fonts and, when it is used, text messaging. They handle it to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our staff or others, or to people involved in a real estate transaction when you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records while they are needed to serve you and for our business and legal records. We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period. Florida rules require real estate brokers to keep certain transaction records for at least five years.

Security

Information you send through the website travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Our database is access-controlled, and those controls limit each brokerage on the platform to its own records. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You can browse and search listings without giving us any personal information.

You can contact us to ask what inquiry information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to remove it from our active records (except where we must keep it by law), or to tell us to stop contacting you.

The "Communications and consent" section below explains how to stop emails, texts and calls.

Communications and consent

The valuation form's checkbox reads: "I agree that PREN Elite — Florida may contact me by phone, email, or text about this inquiry. No purchase or sale is required." The inquiry form on a property page in our home search has an optional checkbox that reads: "I agree to be contacted by PREN Elite — Florida about this enquiry." The form on pages for homes listed by PREN Elite — Florida has no consent box; the brokerage uses the email address or phone number you give there to respond to your request. When you tick a consent box, we keep a record of your consent with your inquiry.

That agreement covers contact about the inquiry you sent. You do not have to agree in order to buy, sell or rent property, or to use our services.

To stop being contacted, tell the person who contacted you, call the brokerage at 689-305-2618, or email privacy@prenelite.com. If you receive a text message sent through our platform's texting service, replying STOP records your opt-out. Marketing emails sent through our platform include an unsubscribe link. If an email to your address bounces permanently or is reported as spam, our platform stops sending email to that address until the address is reviewed.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Other websites

Links to other websites, such as government agencies or other brokerages, are governed by those websites' own policies.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will post the new version on this page. The date shown at the top of the page is the date of the last update.
