This notice covers the brokerage, not the platform

PREN Elite is a licensed real estate brokerage. Information you submit through the forms on this website is received by PREN Elite and handled under this notice.

PREN Real Estate operates a separate technology platform and publishes its own privacy policy at prenrealestate.com/privacy. That policy governs platform inquiries and platform account data. It does not govern information you send to this brokerage.

What we collect

When you submit a form: your name, email address, telephone number, the property or market you asked about, your timeline, and the contents of your message. If you contact us about affiliating with the brokerage, we also collect your licence status, licence state, current brokerage, years of experience, primary market, and preferred contact method.

Cookies, saved homes and site measurement

This website sets one first-party cookie. It holds a random identifier for your visit, the homes you have opened, and — if you arrived through a particular PREN Elite agent’s page — which agent that was, so your enquiry reaches them. It contains no name, email address or telephone number, it is signed so it cannot be edited, and it is not readable by other websites. Clearing your browser’s cookies for this site removes it and everything it holds.

If you save a home or create a listing alert, we store that against the same identifier so the list is still there when you come back, and so a licensee can help you with it. An alert also stores the email address you gave for it. You can turn an alert off at any time from your saved homes or from any alert email.

We record basic activity on this site — searches run, properties and market pages opened, homes saved or shared, and enquiries submitted — against that same random identifier, to understand which markets and homes people are looking for. These records carry no name, email address, telephone number or IP address. We do not sell this information and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, to provide real estate brokerage services you request, and to meet the recordkeeping obligations that apply to a licensed brokerage. We do not sell your personal information.

Who sees it

The qualifying broker and the PREN Elite licensees and staff who need it to serve you. We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website and our brokerage systems, only as needed to provide their services to us, or where required by law. Technology vendors — including the PREN Real Estate Platform — process this information on our instructions and do not use it for their own purposes.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above or as required by applicable brokerage recordkeeping rules. To request an update or deletion, contact the brokerage using the details below.

Your saved homes and alerts are tied to the cookie described above, so clearing this site’s cookies in your browser ends that association from your side. To have the stored records themselves removed, or to stop alert emails, contact the brokerage.
