The simplest way to understand PREN

There are three different income engines. Learn them in this order.

Personal production comes first. Network Share adds a second income opportunity. PREN Beyond rewards qualified leadership at deeper organizational levels.

The genealogy is easier than it sounds

Everyone you personally sponsor is always your Level 1.

If you personally sponsor 3 agents, all 3 are Level 1. If you personally sponsor 50 agents, all 50 are still Level 1. Levels are based on sponsor-chain distance, not the order people join.

Percentages are easier when you see the dollars

A full $10,000 Partner Company Dollar cap creates different Network Share depending on where that agent sits relative to you.

These are maximum pre-cap amounts from one Partner agent who generates the full $10,000 Company Dollar cap. Qualifying production after cap can continue generating additional Standard Network Share.

A practical first network milestone

3 people can change the arithmetic of your year.

This is a major PREN rule

Capping does not shut off Standard Network Share.

Amounts are per qualifying post-cap Partner transaction and depend on recipient eligibility.

Straight answers before you talk to anyone.

What does joining cost?

$199 one-time onboarding. There is no monthly brokerage fee. The $600 annual Network Fee is collected as $200 from each of your first three closings, so it follows production rather than arriving as a bill.

When does my cap year start?

On your activation date with PREN, not on 1 January. You are not inheriting somebody else's calendar, and nothing you paid at a previous brokerage is assumed.

Do I have to introduce other agents for this to be worth it?

No. The compensation stands on its own: 85/15 to a $10,000 cap and 100% after it. Network Share is available if you want it, and all five standard levels are open from day one, subject to eligibility.

Is Network Share passive income?

No. It is a share of Qualified Revenue created by qualifying closed business, and it depends on licensing, good standing, and the Produce or Lead standard. If qualifying production stops, payments pause.

I am newly licensed. Is that a problem?

No. PREN Guided Launch is required for new licensees and for agents with fewer than 3 closed sales in the past 12 months. A mentor works your first 3 closed sales at 70/30, then you keep 85% for the rest of the year, and all of it counts toward the same $10,000 cap. At your anniversary, 3 or more closed sales make you eligible for PREN Partner or to apply for Producer 100. Rentals, leases and referrals do not count toward the 3.

I already produce at a high level. Is there a better fit?

PREN Producer 100: nothing upfront, 100% commission from the first closing, and $795 per closed sale until $6,000 in fees has been paid in your anniversary year, then $299 per closed sale. It is open to agents with 3 or more closed sales in the past 12 months, or after a Guided Launch year, with production qualification (24 closed sides or $6M in prior-year volume), broker approval and good standing. Your broker verifies your production before your plan is assigned.

What happens if I stop producing for a while?

Network Share pauses under the Produce or Lead standard, and it is not paid retroactively for the paused period. Your sponsor position and network are preserved, and payments can resume once you requalify.

Who is this available to?

PREN Elite in Florida and Louisiana, and PREN International Office in Colombia. Availability depends on licensing and brokerage of record in each market.

I am licensed in a state PREN is not in yet. What are my options?

PREN can offer a Letter of Intent — a 90-day bridge while you move your licence. It ends automatically, it carries no access to PREN systems, data or benefits, and it is a temporary arrangement rather than a long-term one.

Productive participation keeps the network healthy.

After the initial 6-month grace period, a Network Share recipient must qualify through personal production, capper protection, or Network Leader status.
